Our products are made in small batches and may vary slightly from item to item due to their handmade nature — this is intentional and part of what makes each piece unique.
2. Eligibility

3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that any item will remain in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Product colors, textures, and details may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of hand-dyed or naturally sourced materials. We do our best to represent each piece accurately.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment through Square, Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete. This confirmation does not guarantee availability — in the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Los Angeles, California. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. House of Wylde is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofwylde.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
